Ballast settings newbie

Hey guys , I'm currently in week1 flower I have 2 hps lights with digital ballast , currently set at 600 watts but there is a super lumens settings . Do you think I should use it my temps are sat at 25 degres at the moment

Not sure whether to just leave it on 600w

Depends on your set up to me, if the plants can use more light I would step it up. As long as you can control temp. If they have plenty of light I would stick with 600
