AZ has placed patients in the position whereby many grow their own. Money is being spent and many new and small businesses are now prospering. Of course that will all stop if and when dispensaries get the go ahead. Then a patient would have to be 25 miles from a dispensary to grow. I wonder if all the new growers will in fact stop growing? I am sure they all are law-abiding and will quit. Or there will be an exodus of gowers seeking to squat a legal parcel of land.
Another consequence of no dispensaries is a greater variety of smoke. The sudden promulgation of many different strands is AWESOME and interesting.
I am in favor of killing the dispensary portion of the legislation and let the people grow under the current 12 plant or 2.5 oz. rule. Bigger is not better (well maybe sometimes, quoting wife).
