Auto flower hermi

woke up this morning to find a pollen sack on white widow auto 1 week into flower. I'm telling you it feels like iv just lost a very much loved family member. After crying for about an hour I spent another hour racking my brains out trying to work out wot could have caused it. Day temps 72-76f ,night temps 66-70f so not heat/temp flux stress. Lights are sf1000 30" from canopy set at 70% so unlikely to be light stress. I then noticed something I hadn't before the extension lead I was using wich was in side the tent due to reach reasons had a tiny little green power light in it. The plant in question was luckily the only one of 4 to have man bits and closest to the green light. I removed the one sack that I found in hope no more would show. Should I pull plant from tent or watch it for a couple of days to see if any grow bk???????

Hi leggy.
Sorry to hear about your man parts.

Just keep a really good eye on them over the next couple of days, open the tent right up and give them all a good check over top to bottom. If it's just the odd one or two then just pick them off (carefully) before the sack opens, then carry on.
Imo, it would be more a genetic thing rather than light stress/leak. My autos get all sorts of things happen to them and they don't hermie, I have a fan with small light on the back, I open the tent in the middle of dark periods exposing them to light often, with no problems. But just stick a bit of dark tape over the power cord light just to remedy that.
Hopefully it's just one sack that you have.

Cheers mate yeah deffo only the one sack thankfully which I removed just as quick as I'd taped up the light when noticed the issue's arise. Just gotta keep fingers crossed now.

:goodluck: If it starts growing more I would isolate it indoors where it can only pollinate that plant. If you don't get all the balls I would advise not planting any seeds as they will likely be Hermi's as well. From what I understand any Hermi seeds will have those gen's and also have a high risk of being hermi.
