Australian growing ingredients?

Everything I read it watch on youtube seems to be using American or Canadian ingredients which we cannot get here in Sydney.
So what are the better soil mixes, fertilizers etc we can get from Bunnings, flower power ETC.

BTW JdMTB welcome. I do dwc but think couple of the growers had success with seed raising mix and using tomato nutes but not the slow release one. I m fried right now but I think is was @Ossi Ossi .
