On June 7th, Attorney General Eric Holder testified to Congress regarding raids of medical marijuana providers in states with compassionate use laws. He said: "We limit our enforcement efforts to those individuals, organizations that are acting out of conformity with state law."
El Camino Wellness -- raided by the Drug Enforcement Administration on June 11th -- is only one of the more than 300 California dispensaries estimated to have been closed by federal law enforcement threats and actions. As patients, caregivers, and advocates of compassionate use laws, we ask Attorney General Holder:
"BE A MAN OF YOUR WORD - STOP RAIDING DISPENSARIES!"
