At What Time of Day do You Turn Your Lights Off?

Hey all,

I hope your doing well. Just a question as to when do you turn your lights out either for 18/6 or 12/12?

I am on my first grow and I was advised to turn them off during the day to keep the heat down, so I have my off time from 10:00am to 4:00pm (veg stage). I set this time because it includes alot of the hot hours of day and I should be out working and not able to stick my head in on them to visit. I live in Texas and the heat/humidity is starting up.

So, what hours have you chosen to turn the lights out....just curious.

4pm to 7 18/6, for flower 8 or 9 pm, to 8 or 9 am
