Hi guys I have come to the end of my recommended nutrition chart, I’m just wanting to know if you guys think I should keep going or whether it’s ready to cut?
Are we ready to harvest?

It's got more time to go, 90% or more of the pistils should be red-brown and curled back into the caylx, and also check the trichs, to make sure they're cloudy. The bud will swell in the next couple weeks.

When in doubt, add 2 more weeks – you still have white pistils which means your Buds are building, as @Phytoplankton said once everything is amber and curled, then you need to grab a loupe and look at the trichomes you want about 25% amber and 75% cloudy.
