Are these ready to start using Canna Boost?

Hey using canna nutes and right now just using canna a and b with some calmag. I'm growing 4 autos and they're about 40 days from sprout now. Growing in coco. Are these ladies ready for me to start using boost and what should I be looking for for starting the pk13/14? I'm a new grower and this is my first grow any help would be awesome.
