Are my plants starting to flower?

I have 2 white widow plants that have been under 18/6 lighting for about 3 1/2 months. They have tons of new growths on them, but they look like this:

are they trying to flower? They shouldn’t be I wouldn’t think, unless it’s an auto flower... this is my first grow, so I don’t know ‍

Real small for 2 1/2 months of veg... You need to change light schedule to 12 / 12 to start flowering

They are all bent over. I don’t really want them to flower, do you think they’re fine??

I would put them in 15 or 20 gallon pots with a good Living organic soil mix like "Coot's mix". They look stunted for as old as they are...
