WTF! It appears some BAD COPS (Clinton Township Police Department) Michigan playing games out there. Got some bad Intel from a rat and raided a home with some persons running late for a party gig.
One person who lives there coordinates parties and sells tickets to the events.{they weren't supposed to be there at that time!} 2 State Licensed Medical Marijuana Patients Cardholders were there at that time.
Door came crashing down, destroying the front door and windows,NO announcement, nothing. They were told that they simply could have knocked and they would have been let in by the owner.
Forced everyone on the floor,with ar15 rifles to there heads and cheeks. cutting their faces and inside the cheeks.Even a 12 year old boy.(Hand Cuffed for 2 Hours a 12 year old!! come on guys..) Hand cuffed them all. Told them if they sit up they would be shot. The Bullet Proof Vests all had BLACK TAPE OVER THERE NAME so nobody could see what there name was. I find that real interesting.
No rights were read. The cops demanded to know where the extacy was and the cocaine was. Insisting it was there and they were going to find it. Ripped the house apart could not find a thing. Of course! it did not exist they were told. Ripped a huge hole in the dry wall of one room because they thought there may have been drugs stored in a small hole. Which by the way was from a previous accident. oh my god...
So they began emptying everyone's wallets and found Medical Marijuana Cards. Then wanted to know where the Marijuana that was? They were told and shown. They then took ALL of the Marijuana. (4 Ounces) Hey MEDICAL MARIJUANA IS LEGAL IN MICHIGAN WHEN STATE ISSUED CARD HOLDERS HAVE IT!!. or did you not read that page ! Took all of the CASH from everyone except the small bills like singles.....singles too much to count?
What the hell is that???The kicker here is the guy who owns the place frequents Motor City Casino. His winnings with his receipts for the winnings between 4-5,000.00 were in a safe. They took his cash. Even with dated receipts.
Then they took everyone's keys to there cars. Everyone said they they refuse to allow them to search their cars. They each have a Quote on the the Dash refusing Search.
The cops laughed and said, I have your keys, you are hand cuffed, Try and stop me. Hello??
Ok..Now what is going on here in Michigan with this kind of Criminal Crap coming from Clinton Township Police. I am not sure if I can count on both hands how many rights they violated in this incident. If this is how you view Law Enforcement. Maybe a Review is Necessary.
