Anyone use these!

I have known of these bags for awhile. I have not added to my setup yet,but has to be better then a yeast/sugar mix.For a small set up they are perfect and not at a bad price. My shop sells them for 34.99.According to my hydro guy,1 will put 4x4 grow area at around 1100 and 2 bags well above 1500.Just thought I would see what the good people at :420: had to say.

Google 'exhale co2 bags' and scroll down to the Amazon reviews. Folks say their meters aren't picking up any co2 from those bags. From a review: "The sad and unfortunate fact is that the exhale bag will not produce anywhere near the desired 1500 ppm in an enclosure larger than 1 cu ft space. I've done the test to prove it. Unless one uses the exhale bag in a very very small terrarium type enclosure, I'm afraid you're simply wasting your money on this product. My experience indicates the exhale bag could not raise the CO2 levels above 500 ppm in a 3 X 3 X 5.5 foot grow tent. And when I removed the bag, the levels remained the same because of the ambient CO2 in the immediate area. What do you think will occur after lighting, heat and humidity are added to the mix. Ironically, the exhaust system will fire up and draw in more usable CO2 from the ambient atmosphere than the exhale bag could ever produce."

yeah im using these exhale bags right now in my grow room....i have two of them in a 5x5 room. there are under leds. i hang them kinda high on the walls at opposite ends of each other. my room has a timer as well as a reostat controller that controls speed of blower, we been kicking the blower off during "ON" in flower and let the plants breathe some of the goodness of these bags everyday...usually someone will play with speed controller as well at different intervals<> usually when someone feels like it....oh yeah they are supposed to be active for six months,,,

im sorry i had to add this also,,,,,i really dont think they are doing much for my growth as i know my plants very well and i dont see much difference in plant size at all....if they do work then its very minimal.....that my honest opinion

like i said i do apologize for the double post......

Sup jimmy6000,
A lot of the stuff in hydro- shops is pure crap
All the nutes and such. Be a smart shopper and stick to basics
I used to buy all the latest and greatest stufg
Example: cyco nutrients hit market and everyone was going nuts
I took one look at their line and laughed..I wanna grow pot...I don't however want
to have to have a 15 part mix each time I water my damn plants
I'm just saying there's a lot of crap products out there. I could give more examples:
but I think you know what I mean.....

Yea man,I hear ya I am waiting for my 144x3 to arrive on tuesday.I got the 48x3 and just got it hung right before light's out,I so not much time to play.I did get a few quick shot's tho.I'll do a quick update in my journal soon.Hope to get an invite to the side by side.Looking forward to it.I did not notice a price's go up for Topled yet,but I think Sara did mention something about it.

prices are the same bro but now I think they are charging for shipping now.
Sara did mention this in a post I read...

Sup,BPk.It sound's like a very good product but very expensive if you wanted to run full time.I would try it if the price were right.Look's like same principal as the diy co2 bottle's guy's do around here.I would like to know what you find out and if you use them.I'll take a stop by you journal and see what your up too.

They claim 1000+ ppm in a 10x10 room I think. That's way more output than any yeast sugar bottle I've seen. They work by photosynthesis so they're only outputting co2 when the lights are on. Urban remo has a video interview with them at one of the cups or conventions he goes to. Check it out it has alot more info than the site
