I'm on the fence for a switchable 1000,600,400 watt ballast. I know that Solis Tek has the best numbers for the PAR readings, and that most of the top brands like Lumatek are so close to the same numbers that the difference is negligible. But I've heard no reviews on the Telsa ballasts. They claim is save 30% on electric costs.
