Anyone have any experience with this ballast?

Hey guys just wondering if anyone has ever tried these ballasts. By the description it seems pretty legit. I haven't found any real reviews of it though so just a little curious. With a 5 year warranty it seems pretty tempting. So any info, reviews, or suggestions of other decently priced quality ballast will be appreciated.

Thanks man if things work out I hope to be ordering it by next week. The sour diesel I have growing is ready to go to flower as its out growing my veg box
