I would not be freaking out about one small yellow spot. Could be caused by any number of things

Monitor the plant for similar issues and carry on, imo. Plant looks fine what can be seen

Looks like a simple water droplet that got magnified from you lights and caused a little burn. No big deal and should be fine

Don't really see an issue, looks a lot like a water droplet burn, if you're concerned, remove the leaf.

I honestly do think that was the issue too. These babies are getting so bushy Its hard to get under those fat leafs haha…im still curious tho, carefully watching…
