Any Northwest Growers?

I am living in northwest oregon and was wondering when a good time of the year would be good to plant some seeds outdoors. I was thinking maybe in april. Also if you got any tips about your experiences growing that would be nice.

i live in Washington state so yea april is when u want them to sprout not plant wait untill april 10th before u germinate then when you get some germinated seeds at about abril 1 germinate them and then look to see if any sprouted then plant.
