Hey I'm trying to transplant my plants and they won't come out of the tapered pots any ideas I think one is root bound now can't get them out. Any ideas how to get them out?
Looks overwatered.
It's probably about ready for transplant to a bigger pot but I'd doubt it's root bound yet.
Best way to transplant is wait till it's dry, put the main stem between your fingers with your palm over the soil, tip it upside down and gently pull the stem whilst holding the pot.
If it doesn't move try gently pushing your fingers in the drain holes, that should get it moving.

Sadly, I don't have enough experience to answer if overwatering is why your leaf is like that.
I would leave the leaf alone, someone on here told me to leave mine. Their ideology was if things start going worse, your plant can pull the nutrients out of the leaf, which makes it looks like its dying. If she wants to get rid of the leaf she will. I leave mine because if its green its photosynthesising so it still provides energy just looks a little ugly.
I hope someone more experienced can chime in and verify this before you run with it though
