Any aeroflo users out there?

I have 2 aeroflos that I am using. I am on my second crop, and so far LOVE it! I do have a few questions for people who have use the AF.
Since I am a rookie with the AF I was wondering who could tell me some of the best strains to grow in them. I am looking for high yields, and/or good flavor and potency. Also any tips or trick with this machine would be appreciated.

I just bought a Rainforest 66, but have not received it in the mail. It seems like an awesome system to get the feet wet in the hydroponic area. I was wondering if anyone had any usage tips? Such as ideas for cleaning, timer tips...anything.
