Looks like it would work to me...
you mean veg to flower when you say "whole grow" ...
you ain't talkin' "whole grow" as in SqFt.?

looks like it would cover 2-3SqFt nicely

yes i meant from veg to flower. thanks guys.

should i get 6500k-cool, or 3000kwarm? 6500k right, or mix of two?

I would get a 150 watt conversion bulb for the HPS so you can use it to veg
And then i would get both CRI versions of the floros. So you can have both for vegen and flower

I believe it's Color Rendering Index, it refers to the color spectrum.
But ya know what?
It costs $300. I think your money would be better spent on a 400-watt HPS set-up with an EYE (full-spectrum) bulb upgrade. That'll cost the same and will effectively light 8 sq/ft, more than triple the sq/ft of the linked set-up.
If I were you I'd call the nearest grow shop/hydro store and see if you can work out a deal on the HPS/EYE set-up with an air-cooled hood for $300.

RangerDanger is correct, you would be better of going with a 400watt Or higher HPS sytem for that kind a money

Yeah, I agree. I just picked up a 400W self-ballast system for $200. Spankin new. 55K lumens. Just be careful with height. I read that HPS lights in the early stages of vegge will cause your plants to grow unusually tall and lanky, so you might want to have some CFL'S ready at the early stages. I got six 250 W CFL's on them now, just in case that is true. Maybe some more experienced growers can shed some light on this. Haha, pun.
Good luck, and keep posting
