Do they remain at risk of getting stunted throughout their lifecycle, or are we past that phase?

You're fine. The lady is definitely not stunted; different genotypes will produce plants of different heights. My last grow had one of 12" and one of 24". Notice how the secondary growth has responded! You'll be amazed at how they look in a couple of weeks. At Day 28 you're 6-8 weeks away from harvest. Just keep encouraging the secondary growth, moving leaves out of the way to make sure the secondary growth gets full light (especially the tips of the developing colas), and practicing LST when appropriate.

I'd just water very slowly the other side of the pot, you don't want to be watering around the stem anyways you want to coax the roots away from the centre.

Fed her today
First time adding the base nutrients
But only 1/2 a liter slowly down the far end
The secondaries are as big as the main today

Nice plant!!
Looks ready for those big lower leaves to come off. She’s not over watered is she? The leaves look “full” of water to me.

Hey Charlie,
She got exactly 5.75 liters over the past 30 days in 3 watering, that’s about 1.5 gallons.
So she’s definitely not overwatered, but it’s the first auto I don’t stunt in soil
so I went into this with some improvisations!
The pot stays wet, is 65 - 70% RH too much for the phase she’s in? she lives in the vegetation tent … maybe this is why she’s slow to consume water?

You did what!!!!??? Lol, sure now the branches are taking off and have some developed fan leaves of their own, taking away the old ones will again put light through the plant, promote growth and ventilation.
Hmm Amnesia Haze Auto, now I kinda wish I had planted mine to have some variety with the Skittlez.

Guys, I’m thinking that I should remove the pegs to give it space to shoot up, and start tying the branches to keep it open, please let me know if I should just let her be:

Well yeah tie other branches as well ey, as long as she's got the vegging power and speed keep pulling those outward and open always exposing branches and lower growth.. and well that's daily if you tuck a fan leaf under and it's back on top again you tuck it back under or tie it down too.
This is looking great though, you can already tell that's capable of delivering nice buds.

Like Fenderbender said, keep encouraging the secondary growth as long as she stays in veg. If I was to post some of my past grow journals, you'd often see the repeated phrase, "removed leaves to open up the canopy." Even after she starts blooming you can do this to encourage flower development. The last and final stage is lollypop-ing. I suspect you'll end up with a plant that might only be 12-18" tall, but oh! Those colas!

Looks a little light in colour I would up the feed strength to 3/4 next water!

Since no one was crazy about making changes to how it’s tied down. I just slightly loosened the pegs, and removed a few fan leaves to open her up more, and I’ll feed her first thing tomorrow morning
