I’m Josh! my dad wanted to invest some money into the growing marijuana industry last year. He fired his grower in July of 2019. I moved back from west Texas. I’ve been growing full time since Aug 2019. Roughly 350 plants, of those 75-100 in flower at a time. Mainly 5lb Smart pots for final pot, I have more sizes and plastic containers to experiment with to see if there is a difference in yield. Happy frog and root organically 25/75 ratio. Mills. Only yeilding2-4oz of jarable bud. Flowering Using Next lights, full spectrum. Mixed with Bestvas. My set up is in two locations, my sodium’s are currently in my nursery and early veg. I know that’s not ideal. I have 6 sodium’s. 10 Next lights Full Spectrum flower 30 Bestavs flower,15 300w t5 for veg. 12/12 in flower, 18/6 in veg.

Welcome to 420 Josh, I'm in SW MO myself :ciao: ...May I suggest you look into a "scrog" ...I recently pulled 26 ounces off of 3 plants in a 4x4 tent with a 600 watt HPS, and they were only in 4 gal pots...the bigger pots means I water less, it has nothing to do with yield...yield is where growing style comes into play...not to mention with a scrog I don't have the little bottom fluff buds, so it's all jar-able :goodluck::snowboating:

I’ve been experimenting with didn’t scrog types and styles. The hardest challenge has been all the work involved and finding time to set up a good scrog scenario for multiple plants. I’ve been lollipopping and in some instances super cropping. I’ll put up picks. I’ve just started training my veg plants really good.

North flower which is separated by a wall but these doors between the rooms remain open so I can regulate Co2 and have problems with my A/Cs so they assist each other.
An attempted breeding box for lady bugs, that’s been sitting there empty for awhile. I couldn’t get them to stay alive, I kept waiting for larvae but I couldn’t wait any longer and sprayed, two attempts with 1500 each time.

Spider mites have been a real bitch. Over the past 4 months. I’ve used nuke’em, Neem, Mite Masacre, months of 209, bush doctoc, trifecta, mildew cure (for the garlic), NS killer, and still these bitches make my plants droop and turn yellow. Nothing works. The 209 keeps them at bay on my bigger old stuff, but does nothing for my 1 gallons.

I forgot about 86, waste of money.

Look up Beneficial Nematodes, they'll take care of your pest problem...and if you need help I'm fairly close, but not cheap

Well when you start your new clones in veg, you want to top them multiple times, not only for more tops but to keep them at the same height...depending on how many you want, you could put them in a tent, or build the size you need out of PVC and then put the scrog net just above the canopy, I mean touching it, then the flowering stretch does the rest...I'm in tents so I usually do 3 to 5 plants, depending on strain...oh yeah, you have to clean off the underside of the net where the light doesn't hit...ie...defoliate and remove small branches, that way the energy is spent on the big top colas..good luck brother

Look into AgroMagen. Food grade, nontoxic.
After you get them under control, start alternating weekly with Agro and Bonners Castile unscented soap. You’ll never see them again.

.... you can use it up to week 7 flower in my experience. Maybe go longer, but I didn’t. If you wash yer buds at harvest, you can go all the way through.
It also acts as a plant conditioner, so they will look better than ever. Hands down a must.
