Am i paying too much?

hey...i pay 30 bucks for a quarter bag. my friend's boyfriend told me i was paying too much and that he could get me a half bag for 25. i felt like an ass cuz i'd been paying this guy for ages. then i wondered if maybe i was buying the good stuff. i don't know much about pot except how to smoke it. so i guess it'd be easy for someone to get over on me. anyway...is 30 for a quarter bag too much?

no, that's not bad. but I guess since you don't know what you're getting, you could be getting a bag of shwag... ask the guy to match with you one day. see which one looks better and go with whichever

here in Michigan, 1/4 oz go for $40-$50. a half-O is unheard of for $25.

I doubt that they are actually giving you a 1/4 or 1/2 for that price. If they are, great buy.

Upstate NY(south shore of Lake Ontario) prices:
1-1.5g(20 bag) = 20
2-4g(1/8) = 40
6-8g(1/4) = 80
12-16g(1/2) = 120
25-28g(1 oz) = 240

That's for decent bud. By "decent" I mean either nice headies or VERY good beast. Being so close to canada-land the beast around here is always nice and fluffy with all those little red hairs.
