Me: 6'0 140lbs. Very fit and active. I run about 50 miles per week. Very good metabolism. I actually lose weight when I stop doing physical activity, I might get down to 137 if I don't do anything for a week.
2 weeks ago I smoked. 2 hits of a joint and 2 hits of a vape.
1.5 weeks prior to that I hit the vape maybe 3 times.
I think I hit a joint a 2-3 times in mid May as well.
Before that I hadn't smoked since 2015.
Drug test tomorrow for work. I've been drinking a lot of water the past 12 hours.
I think I have a pretty good shot at passing doing nothing but am open to doing the whole Water+Vitamins thing in the morning.
