I am too afraid to try LST on this auto but will be using a net to tuck the fan leaves so the bud sites and get some light and to create ans even canopy. I am also nervous about cutting fan leaves.

will the netting help me produce a greater yield?

Don’t be scared to play with your plants. On my autos if I can top after the third node by day 21 I do it. Then I give them 3 to 5 days before i trim them up. And start training as soon as you can.

the net will help with support and canopy of done correctly. Lst and the net works even better. Have fun.:passitleft:

pretty shorn n squat atm, once some more structure comes in maybe but if thats a Christmas tree shaped indica I'd lean it over some if anything. Again imo only, too short atm. Whatcha running there anyhow?

Being an auto it's gonna start budding around 3 to 5 weeks in. Id start adding very light nutes when I start seeing white hairs. Autos don't like heavy feeding in general. I'd look at the feed chart for whatever your using and start out with less then a quarter of the suggested amount.

What's your plan for training? I don't top autos. I just tie them over to the side of the pot once they're tall enough.

I support the bottom then tie the top back. I started this training 8 days ago but I cut a few branches off just for experiments sake. I only left what appeared to be the strongest growing shoots. It's more just an example of how you could start your lst. This is a GSC too but a photo.

Just let her grow then and once it gets bigger throw the scrog on her. More important then any training at all is environment and lights. If you get that shit right you'll do good
