Aerogarden

Hey guys I just recently started growing with an Aerogarden that i got a very good deal on at a local shop. I was just wondering if anybody has experience with it, and any tips or advice to help me out. I have it on the salad/greens mode right now, which is the best?

I am growing 2 The Church from Greenhouse, and 3 Sugar babes from Paradise. I planned to transplant them in about 3 weeks or so, into a soiless mix. Also i have them in rockwool cubes right now, is it ok to transplant them straight into soil?
