Adjusting PH

Hi guys, i'm running my plants PH very high due to a lack of access to PH adjuster solutions. Is it true that you can LOWER PH with White Vinegar and raise PH with Lemon Juice?

Yes this is true but only use in emergency cases. Using these provides a temporary solution for a couple days after that your PH will start to swing more erratically. So I wouldn't use these on a daily or permanant solution. My two cents....
