Adjusting PH Question

Hey guys I am using regular vinegar to adjust the ph in my watering for my soil planted plants.

The question I have is will the vinegar have any adverse effects on the plants of the finished product?

Vinegar is a great quick fix for lowering your pH. But for long term use it is not. It has no buffers in it to keep pH down. You need to find a better pH lowering chem.

And I don't think it will impart a flavor to the final product.

Pick up some General Hydroponics PH UP! Works great and doesn't cost too much, especially if you buy the dry powder and mix your own liquid! That's what I do!

I'd go with Advanced Nutrients for three reasons.

1) They're a sponsor, if I'm not mistaken
2) Only company brave enough to embrace 420 growers
3) Super strong, you'll usually only need one drop!
