about LED lights

hey there i have 2x 9 watt light bulbs i am wondering will this be sufficient lighting for anything?
i know nothing about lights and which ones are good for what i just want one that will grow clones and plants well im looking for something that just works nothing extra special as i don't have a lot to spend on this.

No. And they might not be correct intensity or spectrum to even affect a plant.

Growing Cannabis is cheap, but it isn't free. I suggest investing in proper equipment to get better results. Otherwise your yields may not justify the time, and money spent on power, nutes, soil, equipment, etc..

If you're looking to grow plants AND clones, I suggest 2 separate chambers, with separate lighting systems. You can't flower plants in the same chamber with rooting clones.
