Am I correct in assuming these new modern days feminized plants cannot be cloned like we did in the old days. Back in my time we would introduce the young plants to 24-Hour light for the vegetation growth. After about 30-35 days we would cut back the lighting to 8:00 to 12 hours to start the vegetation growth. Once we had a nice flower we would then start to cycle at 24 hours like again at this time the flowers would start having shoots coming from them. We would then take them shoots cut them another angle so razor add some root tone and place in Dixie cups that was in a tray of water with a good soil until the roots grew out the bottom then they was ready for transplant. I also have a question about the Godfather plant is it possible since it is a hybrid to get non-feminized seeds? So a person could put out a couple seed patches and start collecting future seeds. This was another old school we did. Sorry I'm so full of questions it has been about 45 years and all this is new

feminized photoperiods can be cloned . your process is way too complicated for cuttings. my method - take a cutting, put it in a coffee cup with not so strong light, wait for roots, plant. IDK about the godfather plant but hybrid just means a sativa/indica mix. So Fem and Reg seeds grow as a normal plant and need 18-6 light for veg and 12 hours darkness for flowering n(most indoor scenarios). Autoflower plants can't be cloned and need no light schedule.

hope that helps

I'm an Old Hippie as we were called back in the day. I just dipped the wet cuttings in a bit of rooting powder on a small saucer then placed them in Dixie cups with dampened soil and they would progress from there. I also put a clear sandwich bag over each one that I was going to clone. Placed them under the light and they would just do their thing. As of today, I do the same when cloning Photoperiod Cannabis. Dixie Cups which now is known as Solo Cups after Dixie had changed hands.
