A race against time to determine sex

2 quart containers for now, flowering in 5 gal fabrics

No pests
Watering when pots seem light
Blue Planet elite 3 part series
7.11 sqft tent - 32”x32”x70”


So here’s the situation, we’re coming up on the end of week four here and I still don’t have any idea about the sex of any of my plants.
The sooner I can determine the females the better so that they can be transplanted into their final pots for the longest possible veg time in the largest pots possible.

Also, I don’t want to be approaching my March 5th flip date without having transplanted at least two weeks prior, hence the race against time.

Most won't show until 6-8 weeks old, never seen one tell me at 4 weeks.

I’ve read that early preflowers are typical male preflowers, so I guess it’s good I haven’t seen any.
I suppose my two options are roll with this until I see definitive preflowers, or take a shoot as a clone and put it in 12/12..
Which option seems better?

If it was me I would just wait it out, as if it isn't old enough yet it a Clone won't flower either until it is old enough. I understand though, go thru it myself sometimes as don't want to waste time/soil/money but I also don't want to go the Feminized Seed route (though I have one Strain in my seed collection that is).

Yeah I’ll just wait it out then.. I got two gals that I’m just hoping and praying are female cause they’re far and away the most vigorous growers, and they took full strength nutes with no burn at all.. the others are health just not quite as vigorous

Why do you personally choose to use regular seeds?
