At least a couple more weeks. You'll know when all the pistils are red/brown and curled back into the caylxes and the trichs are cloudy with some amber.

If it’s an auto then maybe.
If you’re growing a photoperiod, then I would consider waiting for fall.
Where are you located? Western or eastern hemisphere? Do you remember when you pooped the plant? Cause the more I look at it, it looks like an auto flowering plant.
