7x7x6 (200×200×200)Can you use a 1000 watt lamp?
Good morning @qidong1000 hope you are well my friend.
Welcome to 420magazine. :welcome:
Let's try and figure out a solution to your question.
Is your room 7 feet x 7 feet x 6 feet high?
You will require more than one light to cover that foot print.
General rule of thumb for a flower room is 40 watts per square foot.
Please confirm my understanding of the room size and we can figure out a sponsor who's lights will work for your area.

Stay safe
Bill

Need to know what kind of light your talking about, hps/Metal halide, LED, or ? With LED's just remember that you need to look at what the actual power draw is, not the "Equivalent". Many LED's advertise 1000 watts, but only draw 100-200 watts. If they don't provide the actual draw, RUN!!!
