600 W hps+cfl or 2 250 W

Well im going to have a cupboard which is 6 FT height 3 foot width and 4 ft length. In this space should i have one 600W hps + 50 w additional side lighting. In this place under this lyt how many wud i be able to put under this? going to have medium sized compact indicas and like a few sativas. Also what inch carbon filter should i have and how much exhaust in mh/s should i have? or would having 2 cupboards with 250+300 additional watts and in 6ftX3X3 with 300 W in each and how many would i be able to put under these? if using 2 what carbon and what mh/s should it be for this size? Its going to be started in winter and it gets really cold here so im going to opt out of using a cooltube reflector instead am using just a reflector so i can have good temp in the room. Will a 600w heat up a room enough for winter or wud it heat it up too much? If i have temp issues without a cooltube for the first idea i may have it in 2 to lower the temps.... Thanks!

Also for seedlings what CFL should i use to cover all the plants i will be doing? Just say i am doing X number of plants in my place what CFL or how much CFL would i need and when should I switch them onto the bigger lights? Also when going into flower should i gradually decrease the hours or just put it straight under 12/12 straight away? I know im going abit off topic here but what size pots should i start my seedlings in and when i transplant what size shud i put them in? I am planning to use light mix then transplant into allmix or should i use light mix all the way + extra feedings of nutes to avoid transplant stress? When feeding with the biobizz nutes i heard u feed it with every watering. is this true? Cos i was expecting to water twice a week and i was under the impression u feed once and just water in 1 week. What order should i mix in my biobizz nutes? i am planning to get a bucket of water. Put in 1 litre of water and then add in my nutes and use that to water my plants and just make another litre of solution and carry on until im done. One last question the size of pot you guys reccomend how much wud i need to water it? Like per plant. Like 500 ml and hope to have like 100 ml of run off through the holes at the bottom...
