What is you watering and feeding been?
My first thought is a nute deficiency - possibly from PH, but we need more to go on.

Growing in 1 gallon pot in soil - potting mix with worm castings, dolomite lime, bat quano, epsom salt
PH seems fine. The runoff checks in at 6.5
Earth Juice nutes: grow, microblast, meta k - in mild dosage 1 / week
One plant shows N -tox so last week it was ph'd water only.
The others seem fine - leaves are a lime green with no abnormal growth.

Idk what kind of light situation you have but plants need a couple hours of darkness because they do most of their growing at night time.
Without some period of darkness they could have stunted growth and that could lead to more problems.

They shouldn't flower under 18/6. It usually takes something less than 14 hours of light per day.
Unless you are going to bring them inside early every evening, or create artificial darkness outside, you won't get a harvest in July. Depending on the strain you are probably looking at October - December. Some a little sooner / some even a little later.

is it sitting in a rock wool cube not buried ?? can we see the pot size compared to plant , get more pictures up,

What about the roots? Clones in rockwool initially planted into solo cups for 2 weeks (soil). About 1/2" of rockwool is above the soil level. Then into the1 gallons, same soil, but added in mycorrhizae to the mix. Pot is about 12 ", plant about 20".
Owing to taking them in and out 2/day I can't re-pot into larger, unless I leave them out, in which case they'll go into flower.
Use indica dominant hybrids, live in north San Diego County so this technique gives me July harvests when I put them out for good in 7 gallon pots on May 1.

Very cool it works that way for you. I take mine in each night (7 gal pots). I moved them outside permanently in mid-May (a little cooler up here in Oregon), but the Indica-dominant plants (Pitbull = quick strain) still didn't get chopped until mid-October.

I live in Oregon also and put one of mine outside 2 weeks ago after 5 weeks of veg. I haven't seen any preflowers yet but you might want to wait till the days are longer to keep yours out.
