Any licensed grower that plans to set up shop in Uganda has to pay $1,000,000 to acquire a license. The government also expects each interested party to have at least $5,000,000 in the bank as reserve capital.

Do you think the government is overcharging?
 
Hello kidete! No sir if the money trickles down to the people. It's foreign capital from grubby greedy corperate hands. Hose them for everything you can and take the spinoffs and the jobs from it. Downside is that they will isolate woderfull landrace African cannabis and take dominion over it.
 
...is that $1M USD? or Uganda dollars?

Either way, its a great way to keep the poor people in Uganda to lift themselves from poverty since they cant afford a lisence. Same old scam.
