As far as I can remember I had been smoking daily since I was fired in late may. I would smoke joints about 4 times a day from may 25-October 3. CYS came to my home last week and scheduled me for a drug test. He agreed to return on October 21 in the afternoon to perform the test.

Considering I'm a woman and the worker is make should I expect saliva or hair or that he won't monitor? I e never had this before!
Also, I have 2 job interviews this week.

I'm thin but inactive lacking muscle tone. What to expect when children's services comes to test me? What to do for the pre employment tests? In the past I have been able to successfully dilute at 19 days clean but I've probably only gotten FATTER since then even though I've pretty much maintained the same weight of 140ish.
Calculators say I have 30% body fat.

Please help.

I doubt they'll do hair because it costs more. Most likely saliva or urine. With as much as your smoking I would go with some synthetic urine or someone elses urine that you know is clean. For the saliva just keep the whole inside of your mouth brushed and rinsed real well.

Thanks Weed. It was actually a saliva test and I was sooooo relieved. I've been sick for 20 hours as a result of diluting for a urine test and am pretty aerodynamic since i shaved most of my hair off preemptively, but I am so relieved. Thanks bud.
