Cmon man, this shouldnt be hard for anyone who has passed elementary school.

1 gallon = 3.78541178 l
4 gallons = 15.1416471 l
50 / 15.1416471 = ~3,3.

Shortly: three pots. I dont know about plagron, but there are plenty of reviews here about grow mediums here on the forum and on youtube.
