4mx2mx2m tent how many plants

how many plants could I get in a 4mx2mx2m tent if they were about 1, half feet tall before I flipped them? and how many lights???

iv heard its around 50 watts per sqft so if thats the case maby 6?depending on what your using, but im not an expert, iv got 8 girls in a 1x1m tent at the moment and theres ample room around each, flipped mine when they were 10" topped.
