48 or 24 Before Harvest?

Whats better to go with or just stick with the 12/12. 48 of dark before harvest or 24! Anyone?

I just feed water only for 10-14 days after I see cloudy trichs to flush and keep up my normal 12/12. I usually like to water in the morning of the chop date and chop right before lights out so that they get some added moisture and is a local urban legend that it makes the buds weigh more.... who knows
