Edit: the cofeeshops will go to the supreme court to fight this case , because higher class people could always have a smoke in silent stealth mode and they loved to be unregistered now when it comes to registered cards they will find their smoke somewhere else like a local dealer on the corner .
This is going to backfire Holland like crazy, crime is going to raise big time ,shops are going to be empty there is going to be a lot of shitt quality on the streets because there is no control over it so on and so on .
The main problem here is people are making too much money of it and it supports other major crime levels on international scale .
Also the economical crisis is playing a big part of it ,the hobby growers that grow safely in a closet are too scared for the legal/illegal consequences and the big guys get richer day by day with unsafe grow installations ,fire, stealing electricity ,robbing others and so on ....
There is only one solution for this problem and that is to legalize !
