i agree mate, i think if more people put the contests in their signature then you would not need to ask people to remember to vote, unless we mention the contests in the forum then a lot of people never know they are their, i dont mean getting more people to vote as such, i was thinking more along the lines of more plants and nug of the month entries, theirs loads of good growers on here with amazing plants but you only see a handful of them enter the contests, it makes it easier to win i know, but im still shocked their are not more entries, the prizes are amazing and would cost a lot to buy if you needed to buy them, everything can be used by all growers so its things that will get used,

yep im in the process mate, ill have all 3 contests in my sig by tomorrow, you know what im so shocked that im in 2nd place, i would never of thought id even have a chance, but with names like jandre and deege i never thought id stand a chance, im so glad that i have gave people help and advice and they have been good enough to nominate and vote for me, i knew very little when i came to this site, but after all the good advice by teSmp, jandre, deege420,miwa, and many others, id be here all night naming them, but ive learned loads and if i can pass what i have learned onto others then thats a good job well done for me, im so glad i have made a difference to some growers on here.

so thanks everyone it means a lot, but their are growers who deserve it more than i do, im only passing on what i have learned through my plants and what i have learned off these top growers, and if thats helping people then that makes me very happy indeed,

@jandre, you well deserve it mate, you have gave loads of people great advice, their are many names who should be in that list above and to see my name their is shocking, im hoping these contests really take off, im going to spread the word for the next time round, im not sure if all people on here know about the contests, so having them in our signature will get them interested and taking part, i have seen some amazing plants and buds on here but they dont get entered in the contests, but im sure it will be more active in the future, the prizes are amazing and if thats not enough incentive to enter then i dont know what is, i think the member of the month is really fair as it gives everyone the chance to nominate someone and then people can vote so i can see this been a lot fairer,

well done everyone, cant see anyone catching up with jandre, but he does deserve it, your all over the journals mate,

With ALL of the others in the running, I'm sure are more helpful that I am, I'm really surprised that I'm poised to win this month. I can't believe the results.







:party:To everyone that voted, I'd like to thank you. Not just those that voted for me, but for EVERYONE that voted. It looks like we had a better turnout this month, and I hope to see more in the future. Hehe it was kinda fun to look in every day and see the changes. With 44 voters, I know we can do better than that, though. So I think we all need to really promote these contests to get some better participation. I'm sure that if there were more voters, that the results would have been drastically different.

:cheertwo:To the others in the running: It was an honor to stand with you all. I don't think that I really belong in the running with you guys, but I guess others felt that I do.

Hey, at least I finally get that nug jar I've been wanting!! heheh.

:high-five:Thank you, sponsors, for everything you donate to these contests. Without you guys, we'd be in a world of hurt when there were problems with the grows (SNS to the rescue!) Needed better nutes (Thanks BPN) Grow bigger-n-better though CO2 enrichment (Thanks TNB). And when all that's done, there's even something to roll what we grow!(Thanks to HBI).

All in all it really isn't about the prize pack for me(Awesome as it really is). It's simply knowing that the help I give is helping others. As long as we all help each other to to do our best, we protect our 420 way of life, get better meds to those that need them, and further the 420 cause toward legalization. That's all that really matters in the end.

I'm not saying that the title and prize pack aren't good to get in recognition of good deeds, but we all should continue to help each other, no matter the outcome of each contest... I know I will.

Ahem, now say it with me, Jandre...Queen was right!!!! The fat lady can finally take her behind home. Well deserved win, we all agree on that. I wish there was a way to get more people involved with voting for motm. But it seems more people are interested in the other contests more. But not to take away from your victory friend, congrats.
 
we should all put the links to the contest main page in our sig, then every time we make a post people will see the contest link and if they are not aware of it which some are not then they will click on it and see whats going on, i would of thought the prizes on offer would mean loads of people interested but it seems a lot dont know or dont know how to get to the contest page
