Gonna make a few assumptions, it’s a photo, in soil. Well, it’s kinda your call. If you’re in the Northern hemisphere, light period is starting towards flower within a couple weeks anyway. If bud rot is the issue, then indoors MIGHT be better, if you can control the r/h.

HAVE A PLANT THAT.....
Interesting set of problems. Bud Rot happens in the buds so the plant had already gone into flower. Then it went through the re-vegetating stage and is back to pre-flowers showing. It sounds like the plant is already outside since you want to know about bringing it inside & flip. But it it had bud rot in the flowers it already flipped.

And, if it is already outside and you want to continue we need to know where you are. Not the address but at least what country and where in the country so we can related to the weather and amount of daylight you have and the length of night. We need to know more.

Otherwise, as @Phytoplankton mentions, we have to make assumptions and there is no guarantee that that our scientific wild-ass guesses of what to do will be any-wheres near right:).

Oh, don't forget the photograph of this plant so we can see what you have got there.
