That`s whats suppose to happen don't PaNiC.probably do this several times before harvest. does look to have issue with nutrients. have look at this it may help.Cannabis Plant and Pest Problem Solver - Pictorial regards

I know but it seems soon???? Second grow and the rest of the plant is still with white hairs. I'm using budda bloom should I change back to bio bloom I used to use???

Also it's been getting into the 50s at night should I bring them inside

I'm in oregon it's been 100 degrees duri g day and 50 at night

No expert by any means but the last photo is/are flowers, it is a FEMALE. Also the developing flowers will brown out if you mis-handle them. Banging them around or if your spray with directly with bug stuff or foliar feed.
This is not saying your issue is not fungus or mold.......
I had a couple plants do SOMETHING of the same to the developing flowers. My cat knocked one plant over and me handling it roughly. Cause all the flowers on one side that was laying on the floor to brown out and stall in growth. Also spraying them directly with nuit's (foliar feeding) or pesticide's will cause them to die. They are very fragile
