300w MARS LED, how far from tops during flowering?

Hello

I'm growing using 300w MARS LED, keeping it at 8", everything seems fine (other than she's growing slower than expected), no light burn or anything, dark green healty leaves. But I'm a little concerned, isn't this a little bit too close?

I could only hang the light ether at 8" or 16", cannot go in the middle. It seems like the light intensity drops x2 if I hang it at 16". She's flowering and is quite endurable lady. But I'm not sure is it better to hang further or keep it the way it's?

Hey i have used an equivalent to what you have I think it's just the light my friend. However, I keep mine right around the 10 in range so you should be ok. Does it feel hot to your hand or maybe take the temp? It could also just be the bloom cycle you're in. Good luck figuring out the variables it's part of the fun
