3 weeks into flowering loosing leaves

Is that nornal im starting to have yelloing leave and to loosing leave on my plant at the bottom of the plant at week 3 of flowering the rest of the plant look healthy im just curious if its normal or not

The ones turning yellow look like large fan leaves near the bottom. The plant overall looks really good. I'v had lower leaves turn yellow and fall off before during flowering. I don't think it's a problem

Yes that's normal.The plant has used up all of what it needs from those bottom leaves so they yellow and fall off.
Do some trimming of those bottom branches.
Cut off the small popcorn buds and you will get fatter buds and a bigger yield.
Do not be afraid to cut off branches and trim some leaves off.
If you do this you will be rewarded in the end.

Some people said dont cut too much leaves on autoflower that why im scare to cut leaves and branches

Trim it up a bit.
You'll get a bigger yield.
You don't need those popcorn buds on the bottom.

It's kinda like cutting your own hair, you want to be mindful of walking into work the next day looking like a punk rocker
Get rid of the useless, err on the side of conservative

That's what i was saying there buddy.
Cutting off lower branches that are not necessary is always a good idea.
That way the plant can concentrate all of its energy fattening up those buds on the main branches and getting bigger,fatter colas.
That's not hard to figure out and it just makes sense.
