So no offense but last plant I had started to die of mal-nutrients and I was just really burning myself out with it and just decided to take a nice long break and try again with a new batch.

My tent is still the same setup, nothing has changed. Feel free to ask if anything catches your eye.

And this is the real beauty.. my 3 seedlings. Their starter leaves got a little dry and burnt from my veg box's fans being off, but they've been doing great since I transplanted them into my tent.

Last time I was using just regular Sea Soil Potting Mix but this time I bought Sea Soil Organic Compost which is rated 2.1 - 0.16 - 0.5 ... and for veg I bought Dirt n' Grow's Evolve Organic Fish Grow Plant Fertilizer rated at 3 - 1 - 1. 500ml of that was about $10 Canadian, middle-class nutes from a top class nursery. I'll take a photo of it tomorrow.

Other than that there's not much to say right now... but thanks for reading and I hope you stay tuned!

Hopefully this time I can actually pull it off... >.<

You live you learn, what was it that topped it off for you?

What do you mean? In a good way or bad?

This is my "fish nutes" that I'll be using through vegetative and flowering. 1tsp per liter of water. ~$10 CAD per bottle.

I plan on getting a large jug of distilled water so hopefully I don't get any lock out this time.

haha, yeah that's Gizzy (Gizmo).. one of my two fuzz buns.

I ended up moving my plants a lot closer to the light today. I wasn't too happy with the growth I've been getting so the extra lumens should help. Still haven't gotten distilled water but hopefully on Tuesday. I've only watered twice so far... well, once transplanting and once naturally.

Those other two plants are "Tiny Tim Cherry Tomatoes" which was invented by Harvard University in 1945 or something if I remember correctly. They're all auto-flowers so I'll just leave them in the tent. I got them already started from the local nursery.

EDIT: My bad.. "A dwarf variety cross bred from Window Box and Red Currant varieties. Developed by the University of New Hampshire and first sold in 1945."

There's no wikipedia article or anything on them... and they're the most adorable well producing little indoor tomato plant you can have... figured I'd do studies on them.

Looking good! :)

Right now I have them on a 18 - 6 schedule, 18 on 6 off. But I think I'm going to set it to 20-4 tonight to see how that goes.

I've heard of people doing 24 hour since we don't have heat issues, but I believe there should still be a 4 hour "down time" to fix sugars, etc. within the plant.

I agree. I have mine on 18-6 as well. Will be setting up a tent once the non autos are ready to flower.

Today is veg day 6 and my plants have been absolutely loving it since I moved them closer to the lights. The second set is now clearly visible.

I decided to keep my light schedule at 18-6 instead of 20-4 simply because I live in a bachelor suite and the fan tends to wake me up..

I started the two tomato plants on a regular dose of Dirt n' Grow's Evolve Organic Fish Grow fertilizer, so hopefully that doesn't burn. It'll get me used to the new product before I try any of it on my cannabis plants. It's a 3-1-1 mixture going into 2.1-0.16-0.5 organic sea/forest compost soil.

Will be setting up a tent once the non autos are ready to flower.

What kind of tent are you planning on getting? I bought a "Quictent" through eBay and I haven't been able to find a better more affordable one locally.

Mystery seed veg day 10..

I'm going to start them on vegetative nutrients in about 4-5 days hopefully. Probably top them all in about a week and a half... hard to say, I want at least 2 sets of 5 leaves.

"Mystery Seed" veg day 14 (week 2). Just started them on 'Fish Grow' fertilizer for vegetative growth.

My tomato plants are starting to over-grow the garden so I might donate them to my mom.

EDIT: I re-arranged my plants and got a better picture..

Veg day 16 (week 2, day 2).. I plan on topping them within the next few days.

=====================

EDIT: I topped the plants today... each has 4-5 sets of nodes. Now I'll have two colla flowers on each plant if they're all female. They wilted for all of 20 minutes.

Today is veg day 20 (of 49 **7 week veg cycle). The node growth has been doing great as you can see! :D

^^ Thank you! You actually just caught me as I was making a post.

Today is veg week 3 day 1 (veg day 22). I just gave them another shot of fish grow fertilizer since it's been about 7-8 days since I did it last. I use 1 teaspoon for 1 liter of water between the 3 plants.

Things are definitely going smoothly :)

What amount of watts are you running from the CFL's? :Namaste:

1x 24w T5HO
1x 45w CFL
3x 23w CFL
1x 100w CFL
1x 125w CFL

so around 320w..

I trimmed up my plants a bit today. I took off the top fan leaves on every plant to get the lower nodes some more light.. I'm sure they'll like it. :)

lol, +100w for my fan when it's on... so total I do about 420w :p :D
