Glixuon 1000 watt,had to put it on straight flower or it was going to hit my light........it took a big jump on me.

OK, but know that in “flower only” mode you’ve essentially got 55 watts. That unit draws 110 watts on dual mode.

Yes is the short answer, as much light as you can throw at it
