3 - 5 day old seedlings growth stalled

These seedlings are between 3 - 5 days old (from the time they broke through the soil). Night temperatures drop to 12 C so I assumed that is the reason for the stalled growth. But could there be another reason as well because I assume growth would be very slow, but the growth has completely stalled.

Maybe they need up potting?

I put them straight into direct sunlight as soon as the cotyledons opened up, was that not a good idea?, should I have weaned them into the direct sunlight slowly?

This stall has come up in many messages regarding indoor growing over the years. For the most part it is normal while the plant transitions from depending on the cotyledon to starting to produce its own sucrose, etc from photosynthesis.

The cooler temperatures that you mentioned in the other thread will slow it down but not cause any permanent damage. Keep the little balls of soil or peat damp like they are supposed to be but not overly wet.

Alright thanks👍

Some of the peats are getting little dry, time for a watering.
