Hello, This is my second proper grow. I germinated the seeds in a shot glass of water in a dark drawer, 100% success rate with this method, used to use the paper towel idea but found it wasn't as good. When they sprouted I potted them with soil with a layer of stones in the bottom to help with drainage, then chucked em on the window sill. Even though it was mid-winter here in England they still grew well. I wanted to keep them growing slow until I sorted out a new cabinet. I've been LSting them in a spiral direction around the edge of the pot. The plan is the go round once, re-pot into a double sized pot, go round the edge of the bigger pot, then feed the top back into the middle, FIM it then add the ScrOg screen.
I'm using 2x 30wCFL's for Veg. I had to make my double socket out of bits and bobs around the house as they don't sell them in the U.K. Here it is inside my temporary cabinet, just until I sort my bigger one out.
