20 days in is she okay?

So basically, my girls now 20 days old from the day she sprouted! still on 18/6 lighting, I’m feeding her water and a little bit (only 2 feeds with TNT atm )

is she looking okay? What’s the brown dot on the leaf?

Any advice would be great!
