2 different phenos, harvest both?

Hi. this is my first run starting from seeds (previously only from clones) these are 2 Blue Zushi seeds and they've turned out different. They are both at 57 days from flip. They both have all milky trichs. The first one I'm confident to harvest. But not so sure about the second one. Are they pistels or just hairy buds?

Looks like it still throwing out white pistils, both have a week or two to go yet IMHO.
